We will be again making our greek style probiotic goat milk yogurt in March. Currently we are making greek style cow milk yogurt available at Clark Farms at Bushy Hill Orchard in Granby, CT.

CHEESE

Our cheese is made right here on the farm after the milk is pasteurized. We do not have a raw milk license nor will we get one, we believe in science behind pasteurization. We use a vegetable rennet (instead of an animal product) in all our cheeses. We milk several kinds of goats; Nubians for sweet, rich milk and the Saanen and Alpines for their milk quality and volume.
We have since added the milk from our two milking shorthorns to the product list. You will find cow milk products as well as our original goat milk products at Clark Farms.

WE WILL SOON START MARKETING OUR HARD CHEESES!
We have been making and selling our goat milk cheddar but it sells as fast as we can make it to our wholesale market! We will be packaging and selling our cow milk cheddar as soon as we age it a bit longer. Currently it is about 4 months aged. We will be selling that also wholesale but will be able to package it in our new vacuum sealer and selling at Clark Farms. We will also be packaging up our cow cheddar curds for this spring.

GRADE “A” PASTEURIZED MILK IN QUARTS AND HALF GALLONS

When we have goat milk available we sell it in half gallons either at our farm store (seasonal) or Clark Farms. Our cow milk is sold in half gallon both white milk and chocolate milk. We also have our chocolate milk in 8oz to go sizes.
