HARD CHEESE
WE WILL SOON START MARKETING OUR HARD CHEESES! We have been making and selling our goat milk cheddar but it sells as fast as we can make it to our wholesale market! We will be packaging and selling our cow milk cheddar as soon as we age it a bit longer. Currently it is about 4 months aged. We will be selling that also wholesale but will be able to package it in our new vacuum sealer and selling at Clark Farms. We will also be packaging up our cow cheddar curds for this spring. |
